A naturally occurring sulfuric salt, of the ideal form K2SO4, Al2(SO4)3, 24H2O
When combined with Cd and/or Se, it is an Interesting potassium flux for glazes provided that it is first calcinated and its sulfuric acid potential is thereby reduced.
